1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the Services, clicking "I agree," or using any LifeUnlocked.tv feature, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

If you use the Services on behalf of a business, team, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it current, and protect your login credentials, devices, passkeys, and account access.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or used without permission.

3. Services, Membership, and Changes

LifeUnlocked.tv may provide training content, community areas, member dashboards, marketing tools, media resources, affiliate or referral tools, events, support, and related features. Some features may be free, limited, paid, invitation-based, or available only to certain membership levels.

We may add, remove, suspend, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We may also limit access if needed for maintenance, security, compliance, abuse prevention, or operational reasons.

4. Community Standards and Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited activity includes harassment, threats, hate speech, impersonation, spam, deceptive marketing, malware, scraping, unauthorized access, interference with the platform, illegal activity, infringement of others' rights, or posting content that is abusive, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise harmful.

Community and profile features may allow members to post names, bios, images, comments, replies, reactions, and other content. We may moderate, remove, restrict, or preserve content when we believe it violates these Terms, creates risk, or is required by law.

5. Affiliate, Referral, and Marketing Rules

If you use LifeUnlocked.tv tools for affiliate, referral, funnel, broadcast, email, or social marketing, you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, platform rules, third-party program terms, advertising rules, anti-spam requirements, and income claim requirements.

You may not make false, misleading, unsupported, or guaranteed income, travel, lifestyle, health, or business claims. You are responsible for using correct usernames, links, tracking IDs, disclosures, and referral details. LifeUnlocked.tv is not responsible for missed credit, commissions, payments, or tracking caused by inaccurate information you provide or by third-party systems.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, upload, or post to the Services. You grant LifeUnlocked.tv a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, modify for formatting, distribute, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, improve, promote, and protect the Services.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that your content does not violate law, infringe rights, or breach any agreement.

7. LifeUnlocked.tv Content and Intellectual Property

The Services, including training materials, videos, graphics, templates, software, dashboards, logos, names, designs, and other LifeUnlocked.tv content, are owned by LifeUnlocked.tv or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal or authorized business purposes in line with these Terms.

You may not copy, sell, resell, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative products from the Services except as expressly allowed by LifeUnlocked.tv in writing or through a specific feature.

8. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

If paid features, subscriptions, events, or upgrades are offered, pricing, billing cycle, renewal terms, cancellation rules, and refund details will be presented at purchase or in the applicable offer. You are responsible for taxes, fees, and charges associated with purchases you authorize.

HEAL content is provided for informational, educational, community, and business support purposes. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, health, or professional advice. Results vary, and we do not guarantee income, rank advancement, sales, referrals, travel outcomes, business results, or any specific performance.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifeUnlocked.tv disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold LifeUnlocked.tv harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, your marketing activity, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
